Battery fix: Nokia Lumia 800 released the long-awaited

The Nokia Lumia 800 has been plagued with battery issues ever since the device was launched. This obviously did not sit well with consumers of the smartphone and they voiced their opinion on various forums and Nokia related support sites. Following this outburst from users, Nokia issued a statement in December stating that there was indeed an issue with the battery life and it would be addressed by a software update that would be rolled out by early 2012.
